The DaqFileWriter module write out data in the raw DAQ File format. This replaces the DaqFormatOutput module
options
| -b OUTPUT_BASE | --output-base=OUTPUT_BASE | The base from which to construct the output file names |
| -d OUTPUT_DIR | --output-dir=OUTPUT_DIR | The directory into which to write the output files |
