Document Management
Zenodo
"Zenodo" is a digital document repository system originally developed at CERN: <a href="https://zenodo.org/">https://zenodo.org/</a>. Itis not meant to be a scratchpad for the development of papers and other materials but is more targeted towards long-term preservation with powerful search capabilities. It can handle files in virtually any format and provides ample metadata functionality.
There is a local instance of that system at BNL deployed by SDCC: https://eic-zenodo.sdcc.bnl.gov/
The term "Zenodo community" applies to a collection of documents created for a specific purpose and grouped by a tag, and also to the workflow of curation of such material. There is currently the "Electron-Ion Collider" community created and managed by Thomas Ullrich. When uploading materials to Zenodo please make sure you select that specific community. Your materials will be published shortly after Thomas does a quick review.
