Meetings of the BNL EIC Working Group (formerly known as Task Force) are held on every Thursday at 11 a.m., typically in the CNFS meeting room in bldg 510 (Physics) unless otherwise noted.

Optional Lunch
Starting in October 2019, the BNL EIC Group Meetings are "lunch meetings" meaning that participants may order a lunch to be enjoyed during the meeting, with direct delivery to the meeting room. We are using the Benten restaurant (Japanese cuisine). Orders are to be directed to Rachel Nieves (irachel@bnl.gov) by COB on the day before the meeting, by filling the following spreadsheet: [link]. Payments to Rachel must be made in cash before 11:30 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Allow a small amount of extra cash to cover delivery and tips.
